The living moment
2 min read
The present moment is not an instruction to ignore what happened or decide what comes next. It is the place where the body, thoughts, and relationships can be met as they are.
One experience at a time
Attention can move quickly toward explanation. The sequence offers another place to start: name what is happening, share the fear, and notice whether innocence has room to be empowered.
There is no need to turn the moment into a performance. The practice is simply a return to what is alive now.
A practice of returning
The questions remain available when the experience changes. You can come back to them with a new pattern, a new relationship, or another moment that asks to be met.
