Draft for founder and legal review
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
This policy explains how Fully Alive handles information when you use fullyalive.ai. It is a working draft and should be reviewed by the founder and qualified legal counsel as the product and its providers evolve.
Information we handle
When you create or use an account, we handle your email address and the account authentication information needed to provide email-and-password sign-in.
Guided-practice inputs may include sensitive reflections about your body, thoughts, feelings, relationships, and current experience. We use those inputs to provide the guided-practice response you request.
If you make a purchase, checkout and payment processing occur through a platform-hosted checkout. We may receive transaction and access information needed to confirm a purchase and provide the related product or membership; we do not ask you to enter payment-card details directly on fullyalive.ai.
We also use basic site analytics, such as page visits and product interactions, to understand how the site is used. When you contact support, we handle the name, email address, and message you provide.
How we use information
We use information to operate and protect the service, sign you in, provide the guided practice, process and support purchases, respond to support requests, understand site performance, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Fully Alive, including providers for account authentication, AI-guided responses, platform-hosted checkout and payment processing, analytics, hosting, and support. We may also disclose information when required to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide information, although some features may not work without it. For questions about your account, access, or this policy, contact us using the email below.
Not emergency or crisis care
Fully Alive is not emergency or crisis care and is not a substitute for urgent professional help. If you are in immediate danger or considering self-harm, call or text 988 in the United States or contact your local emergency services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. If we do, we will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
