A place to begin

3 min read

A raw experience does not need to be organized before it can be brought forward. What is happening in the body, thoughts, and relationships is enough to begin.

Begin with what is here

The first question asks: Am I sharing my fear? It makes room for vulnerability, without asking you to move past it or turn it into an answer.

The second asks: Am I empowered in my innocence? It returns to the ground of being seen, heard, understood, and loved. Innocence can be strength: restored, reclaimed, and reframed.

Return to the moment

The third question asks: Am I fully alive in the present moment? The sequence does not ask for a perfect arrival. It is a way to return, then return again when another moment arises.
